As Brendan's right-hand, Mel is dedicated to making your property sale a seamless experience. Her friendly approach and genuine care ensure that every detail is taken care of, allowing you to enjoy a smooth and successful sale.

Mel brings a wealth of experience, having started her career managing a rental portfolio of over 200 homes. This background has perfectly prepared her to support Brendan in preparing our clients' homes for sale, whether it be coordinating trades and booking our marketing team, executing the perfect marketing campaign, or maintaining excellent communication throughout the entire process. Growing up in Toowoomba, she knows the local market inside and out, along with all the hidden gems each neighbourhood has to offer.

Outside of work, Mel loves her life on an acreage in Mount Rascal, where she lives in a beautifully restored train carriage that is over 100 years old. She enjoys camping with friends and seizes every opportunity to embrace the great outdoors.
