As Brendan's Executive Assistant, Lucy is the engine room behind every campaign. From preparing homes for market and coordinating photographers, stylists and marketing, to keeping buyers, sellers and the team on track, she's the person making sure every detail falls into place.

Her calm nature, incredible organisation and eye for detail mean nothing gets missed. In an industry where dozens of moving parts need to come together at exactly the right time, Lucy makes it all look remarkably easy.

But don't mistake her role for a supporting act. Lucy is also a qualified real estate agent, giving her a genuine understanding of what it takes to successfully sell a home. It's knowledge that benefits our clients every single day and one of the reasons our team works so seamlessly together.

Raised in the Lockyer Valley as one of seven children, Lucy learnt early how to stay calm, adapt quickly and juggle plenty at once. Those skills have served her well. While she's not convinced Toowoomba winters are necessary, she wouldn't want to call anywhere else home. Family, community and helping people through one of life's biggest milestones are what make her role at GOOD. so rewarding.
